❶ Locate metal disc inside the Hot Mates® by placing it under the light. Enable metal disc by folding until you hear a click and the Hot Mates® nontoxic based liquid salt heat quickly reaches temperatures of 130 degrees F.

 ❷ Releases heat for 15 to 30 minutes; Hot Mates® will crystallize after use.

 ❸ To reactivate, place in boiling water for 5-10 minutes or until it is liquid. Put a cloth in a cauldron from the bottom; DO NOT PUT IN MICROWAVE.
